Animal Rescue of Fresno (ARF) is run by volunteers with a mission to eliminate suffering and promote the welfare of dogs through direct action and education. We met some of the friendly people and dogs at River Walk Mall. This little white dog is very intelligent and could be trained to be a dog actor or a fine pet.
